WHERE WE ARE AND USEFUL INFORMATION
From Arezzo
Go up the Arno valley along highway 71 Umbro - Casentinese that passes through all the main villages in Casentino: Subbiano, Rassina, Bibbiena.
From Bibbiena go towards Ortignano Raggiolo and after about 10 km you will get to the village of Raggiolo.
From Florence
Exit the highway at Florence South, then go to Pontassieve where you take State Route 70 Consuma. Go towards Casentino through the Passo della Consuma, touching the villages of Scarpaccia, Borgo alla Collina, Ponte a Poppi, Bibbiena.
From Bibbiena go towards Ortignano Raggiolo and after about 10 km you reach the village of Raggiolo.
Practical information

Arrival time is scheduled in the afternoon from 16:00 to 19:00.
Departure in the morning by 10:00.
We meet the guests at the parking lot, so as to personally accompany them and show them the property.
• The property is set in an entirely pedestrian hamlet, so cars are parked in the free municipal car park at the entrance to the village.
The distance from the parking lot to the property is about 5/10 minutes walk, with various slopes, downhill or uphill according to the entrance point of the village.
• We recommend to use suitable footwear especially in the winter months.
• For clothing, we suggest long-sleeved garments for the evening.
• We recommend the use of luggage trolleys. If necessary we will be happy to help our guests.
• Due suggest contacting us for more information and in order to make specific arrangements before your stay.
• The Gsm signal can sometimes be limited in some parts of the village. There is free wi-fi on the property.
• We advise our guests to come equipped with some basic foodstuffs.
• The water inside the property is great to drink, in each kitchen there is an initial kit including oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee and sugar.
• In the village there is a small club and a great restaurant.
• A pharmacy is at 6 km away, at 12 km there are various shopping centres and services of all kinds, as well as pharmacies, ATMs, medical practices and first aid.
• Pets are allowed but only on prior communication and of small size, with a charge of 10.00 euros per day each to be settled on site.
