This apartment is perfect for both a couple and a family with two children. It is named after the place where our property resided in the past.
The accommodation of about 40sqm, arranged on a single floor without steps, consists of a large kitchen with dining area, ancient stone fireplace, satellite TV and double bed sofa, a double room and a bathroom.
The kitchen is in rustic Tuscan style and was built by a local craftsman with chestnut wood recovered from the ancient floors, it is complete with high quality kichenware, fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and espresso machine.
The room is furnished in an old style, very bright and with panoramic views of the valley.
During the renovation a large rock was found that is now an integral part of the shower. In front of the front door there is a small table with a sun umbrella for exclusive use.
